Give it a break already. I think they don't know they're infected yet.
I use Avira's free Anti-virus program. I just looked at their site about this stuff, and they have some free tools to get the mess cleaned up, as well as an assessment of the risk for 2010. http://www.avira.com/en/company_news/cybercriminality_2010.html http://www.avira.com/en/support/support_downloads.html I'd guess that most AV vendors have similar stuff. The gig is to get the tool downloaded BEFORE you get hit, because these ransomware apps block your system from connecting. Kind of like using a condom, afterwards! Too late.
