This is like a good book that you can't put down.....keep it goin', David.

This build really calls for more than a forum thread.....maybe a video or an actual BOOK.

I hope wix is taking a lot of pix, Krash. More importantly, I hope he is having someone ELSE take pix as he works on it. It would be a great testimony to what will be one of the greatest wagons ever built. I would like to see wix in action on the car as well as progress pix.

Gawd, this reminds me of my restoration efforts on my '72 Custom Cruiser. I didn't go down to bare metal but I stripped out the interior, removed all of the exterior chrome, removed the windshield and rear side windows, and stripped all the old woograin off before having it painted. Lots of work!

David, I'd love to see your project in person since I'm here in Dallas. PM me if you're up for it.

You probably know more than anyone, Krash. The software to convert these threads into a PDF and keep them if the car is ever involved in an Insurance dispute?

But the real fun is looking them over later, and laughing your a$$ off at what your pals hi-jacked or posted.:rofl2:

I still go through mine every now and then. Some great ideas and suggestions.

Yeah...I would agree, but, wixy's weather hasn't been cooperating well. Been pretty cold at his house and he has to work outside. Man...I have to say....for a guy working outside in his driveway he sure has kicked ass with that wagon in a short time. Especially since he is addressing each and every area of the car with a perfectionist's attitude! But....I can't wait to see an update either, Jeff! (y)

Well Jeff, I wish I had something to update, but Fox is right, the cold is too much for me. :xmas::hide::xmas:
Right now, it is 26 and it's only going to reach 35 or so. I should be able to get something done later this coming week when it will be in the 50's. :2_thumbs_up_-_anima

I'm so fortunate to work on my car in a garage... but that is 30mls from here and with a few snow blizzards coming I have to stay at home now.
Was able to rebuild a TH400 last week, but no opportunity to put it back under the car :slap:

Working on the wagon today, just as I have been doing every chance I get.
Today, it is 52 and a light rain all day. I have the wagon protected with plastic, and just working on the fenders. I am just finishing up the last bit of bodywork on these...they just needed a bit of leveling here and there. :smash:

Yesterday and Tuesday were pretty good warm and sunny days for getting things done. Need a few more of those.

I am nearing the time for the wagon to get a few nice coats of primer. That will be a very happy day! :29:

    David :)

Hot Diggity David! I cannot wait to see it in primer. I know ALL of us feel almost as much excitement about this project getting done as you do.
