I've seen some posts here eluding to the numbers of cars owned over the years. Stormin said 77 and he's only 3 years older than me. So, my number is 24. Pretty low by some standards. So, you figure my first car was in 1970 to now is 37 years. That's an average of a new car every 1.5 years. Although, since 1982 I've had at least two cars at all times. This doesn't count the never used cars that I had in the 70's. I had dreams of fixin' 'em up but never any money. Married with two kids on Navy pay. Three wagons. I even make fun of the Rev who by my count is up to 11. I only can tolerate 3 at a time. I was surprised to see on my list there's only been 9 Fords. I guess I'm not brand loyal after all! However, all the station wagons have been Fords.
My family accuses me of going through cars like they were Kleenex.
