so guys you all know the car ive got.. and im wanting to change the wheels on the car. however im in a toss up on what kinda wheel i wanna go with. im trying for the "pro touring look" but i dont wanna go over the edge with it and make the car look awful. here are some pics of wheels i think might work. im moreless after a 5 spoke design as well

what do u guys think??? if the wheels look like crap tell me i want honest opinions plus if u have a wheel design that would look good please inform me

i really dont wanna go over 17 inch in size wheels

    thanks jeremy

I like the Welds you already have best, but of the 3 choices #1 is best, 2 is blah and 3 is OK, but would look better on a more rounded modern car.

So I choose your originals 1st and #1 second.

I like Torque Thrusts alot and they would look tits on your Boo. I do not care for big diameter wheels at all. 15s is my limit and maybe a 16. 17's give so rough a ride that your fillings fall out. I put 17s on my 98 Monte with 215-45's and damn would it handle, but Jesus did it ride like a lumber wagon.

    I like your current wheel.......but.....

I like wheel #1 of those you've shown. For a 5 spoke, I don't think you can beat the old Buick Star wheel for the early to mid seventies, perhaps back into the sixties even, very nice looking wheel IMHO.

Torque Thrust is sorta the modern day Cragar S/S wheel, both of which are strong contenders today.

Its hard to go wrong with a classic 5 spoke mag look.
I'd pick #1 and stick to the same size as your current wheels.

    #1 is my pick

    #2 is just plain ugly

    #3 is a distant 2nd choice.

Well, you know me; I'm a huge fan of factory stock originals, but if I had to choose, I'd go with wheel #1 with the wheels you have on it already being my second choice. Do let us know which ones you go for and, needless to say, post a pic or two with her new "shoes and socks"!!

My brother had a Malibu wagon back in the day and he added the Camaro IROC Z wheels of that era, which looked nice. I vote wheel #1. Good luck!
