    You are correct. Additional info with the photo does mention the Civil Defense bus.

    The sedan delivery is definitely a '57 Chevy, not a Pontiac.

    That's what I thought at first, until I caught a closer look and noticed a written emblem across the hood and an absence of both cast jets. From what I can see from the grille, it also resembles that of a Pontiac. That's just my impression
    Yeah, the Skoda truck as well as the Skoda car are proof. I initially was guessing Budapest, until you pointed it out.
    I used to see plenty of accidents in former Yugoslavia involving tourists who didn't bother adjusting to foreign roadways. In the early days, things were even worse, because there was only a two-lane road crossing the entirety of that country

    I can't recognize what's parked on the far right. It looks like it's built as a four eye. But, featured as a two eye for states which didn't yet allow double headlights.
    The Dutch bought American cars, well into the eighties

    It's the Dodge version of that style of Chrysler car, IIRC.
