Wagons in vintage Street scenes

Newest car I see is a ‘57 Ford on the right, and a ‘57 Chevy on the near left. My guess would be about that time. Maybe summer of ‘57.

 

I see nothing newer than that '57 Chevy, from here

 

Ya gotta squint, but there’s a ‘57 Custom Ford two tone 6 cars down from the corner.

 

The Van Wyck Expressway. The location is identified by the source as being near the intersection of Queens Boulevard and Main Street. The photo dates to June 8, 1970, and includes 1957 to then-current vehicles.

I'm digging the 64 Plymouth. Looks like a four door Belvedere.

 

'57 Chevy in the left-side parked cars, a possible '57 Caddy in line a few cars back, and a '57 Ford, cream and green, on the opposite side. I don't see anything newer anywhere in the pic.

 

I'll take the Riviera and the '68 Cutlass

 

There's nothing else going on, right now. How about a female vocalist and a male bass guitarist. The lead one's dead already
