I like it, but you better like green. As long as I had A/C I'd be ok with it. In NC A/C is a must.

Indian Wells is basically the Palm Springs area. Lots of VERY nice older vehicles out that way - lots of them only used in the winter - spring months and stored away in garages the rest of the year.

WOW! ... I didn’t even know you could GET a
Colony Park with crank down windows! These are my favorites and I want one but cornering lamps and power windows are a must on my list. Super nice though!

Bidding on this is through the roof. Anyone else find this auction questionable?

It’s pretty spendy. I recently bought a ‘77 with a 460, and pretty nicely loaded with 30,000 miles on it and a very nice car For about $3k less. I’m pleased that I did, I would have seen 8-10k (given options) but it is a pretty car.

Possibly. At least most of the people who have bid actually have feedback. It is mildly curious that his reserve is $11,750 and it is bid to juuuuust below that for now. I guess we'll find out if/when it is reposted.

I also contacted him for more recent pictures. Those are dated August. I asked for additional/newer photos. Haven’t seen anything yet. I guess we’ll know in the next bid or two when the reserve falls off. I do think it’s great that in many cases our station wagons are bringing darn near Convertible prices. I love long roofs cause we had them growing up, but it’s also great when your “investments” are also appreciating.

Well it only got one more bid to $14,100. Seems a bit odd that it ran up so quickly, and not even 1 snipe. That was a curious auction. Wonder if we’ll see it back up.

Kinda like the guy from MJC Classic Cars in Florida. Seems too suspect for me. If you look at MJC's cars somehow someone will do something wonky like put a 8000.00 opening bid on a Rambler American - yeah right - and then you can't see if someone is actually bidding on the cars, as they are "private" auctions. I guess Ebay needs the money, so they look the other way. It ain't right, as someone who's been an ebayer for almost 20 years, it pisses me off.....

His cars do photograph well though.

BTW——-Under the banner of “Everybody deserves a second chance” Ebay has relisted this car! Sitting at $3,500 currently. I congratulate everyone on this thread. Kinda had this figured out. Haven’t read the reason, if any they give for the redo, but again I asked seller originally for some newer pics , crickets. Wonder if it will hit anywhere near $14,100 this time. Went back and read new item. Apparently buyer didn’t go through with the deal. Things that make ya go Hmmmmmmm.
