I joined here looking for a 69 Country Squire. Still on the hunt. I see a couple for sale around the country - but nothing fit yet. In the meantime, I discovered that CADILLAC had been making a wagon for a few years. 2011-2014 specifically. Not only that - some of them came with *GASP* 556 HP Supercharged V8's and 6 Speed manual transmissions. So - the 69 went onto the back burner - at least briefly. I present to you - my 2012 Cadillac CTS-V WAGON, in 6sp manual flavor! Quite Sadly - they have stopped production. My example is a 2012.
I sent my friend pics of it when i got it - and he said - "Geez man, that thing looks like a hearse - why would you buy that" To whit I replied - yeah but its got a supercharged V8 and a stick shit. He said - "Crap - thats a flying hearse. " The DMV was nice enough to accommodate the car's ad-hoc name
"Flying Hearse" should be your username. Just make sure it doesn't get you to your funeral too quickly. Anyway, it looks great, and I hope you have fun with it.
That's a great looking Caddy. I guess some folks just don't get it. Perhaps you should have a sticker made up that says "It's a wagon thing. You wouldn't understand"
