Good shot orth! Hey give the guy a break! He’s replaced the front end obviously. Tinted windows and aftermarket wheels mean he’s trying!...really hard.... I saw one of these baby road masters behind Wal-Mart which makes this one look like Texas mike’s Buick. The owner was also trying...trying to sleep in the middle of the day because he was living out of it. I did not take a picture. Your welcome
Thanks Grizz I believe it's his DD. The Silver header/bumper is a new addition. Must have run into something this past winter.
Spotted this one at the upholstery shop. They must do good work because there is always something nice out there. Took one extra picture because that trans-am is noice!
Sweet looking Merc right there. Looks like the interior will be the last piece of the puzzle for it. The Firebird is pretty neat too. But I think it's a Formula, not a T/A
You sir, are correct! You can’t see in the pictures but it says “formula” on the bottom of the doors. I didn’t realize the difference between a fire bird, trans-am, and formula. I thought they were all kinda the same thing. What’s the difference?!
Well, there are folks among us who are Pontiac aficionados and who can likely break it down better than I. But I'll do my best. The name of the car is Firebird. Esprit, Formula, Trans Am, etc are all trim or package levels of the Firebird. Sort of like a 69 Mustang. The cars were all Mustangs, but you could get a GT or a Grande or a Mach 1 or a Boss 302, etc, etc.
Saw this one in my rear view mirror. I had to bust a u-y, cut through a parking lot and drive with two wheels on the side walk. It looked better in the mirror from far away. Still cool though
If that isn't price-gouging. Over here, Diesel is cheaper than gasoline. That only makes sense, since gasoline is further refined. Nobody in their right mind would drive a Diesel-powered car, over there, at those prices
Taxes? Diesel is taxed like 6 cents more a gallon... still doesn’t fully answer your question. Maybe it has something to do with semi trucks and the shipping industry? When I was driving my diesel Mercedes in late 90’s early 2000 it in the low $4 range. From what I remember it was about twice as much as gas
