4/28/18 - Saturday Roadmaster Wagon project, wood-outline trim refinish.

    SO the clear-coat on the white paint above the wood on both my passenger-side doors has been peeling for some time now. I finally ran the car out to my painter Uncle Neill and had him repaint the white. He gave me a great deal, with the stipulation that I remove the wood trim myself. Thanks to Christopher L Powell for walking me through the removal. Today I scraped and sanded the last of the old wood decaling off the backsides of the trim, repainted the two pieces of door trim with Satin Nutmeg paint, and re-installed them.

    How big a magnifying glass and how fine toothed is the comb that you go over that car with??? STILL looks good!:thumbs2:
