........ It's time to move on. A bit sad, but not, but yes, but no........... There WILL be another wagon in my driveway in the future!

just to keep it short and simple, guess I'll have to delete my garage! My 72 Merc Meteor wagon left a few weeks ago............

Tonight, I sold cash in hand my 83 blue Olds woody wagon.............( I just grew to REALLY hate the non rolling down rear door windows......yet I still really like the car...but hate)

Tonight also, I took a non refundable down payment from another guy for both of my Big Buick wagons. One of will be leaving my driveway Friday once all cash is in my hand...........

Still have the silver 82 Olds, only keeping that for the built up drive line........... until I get a IMO decent $ offer

Have the buyer for my 67 Cougar, just haggling on the price...... and I have to un-hoard it for a better inspection......

Been spending the year on major house reno's and am far from being done! Driveway/garage/barn full of dreams,,, dreams is one thing but priority's are another IMO. Time to let someone else enjoy, "WHY" hoard projects based on, that day will never come>?

Health, real world crap..... enough! Figure by years end if I ain't dead:rofl2:the house will be 100% witch is the real investment and something of real value that my family can have.

Come next year, should have some $ back in the bank and will be looking for a turn key driver wagon, thinking about a whale. Also seriously wanting another old tuck similar but make does not really matter along the lines of my old 65 GMC witch that truck to me was the only real true sellers remorse I've ever felt.

Moving ahead, and not looking back!;)

Nothing wrong with rotating the stock once in a while........
As to the Cutlass - there was a post on an auto-related Book of Face page today, concerning a 4-door '84 Buick Regal for sale.
    Here's the car for sale:

(link looks funky - don't know if it's going to work)
    Anyways, here's the car:

And here's one of the other pics in the ad:

Then I posted this about the car:
"For those of you unaware, that rear door electric window switch........

But Tedy...................... you said you were gonna restore them someday!

I think you did the right thing. Now you can concentrait more on the house and yard work. There are always station wagons listed for sale. Hopefully one will show up on your fantasy island in good shape for a fair price.
Get Deb to give you a big hug.:grouphug: Go eat some dead salmon and wash it down with a beer. :drink:You'll feel better soon.:beerchug::grpnanadance:

I had a hard time when I decided to sell my '83 Caprice wagon but after 4 years of "I'm gonna get to it" I realized it was for the best. I have just a few odds and ends to finish up my C10 that I have taken a 3 month break from because of that life stuff that gets in the way :) and as far as the whale wagons go, they can still be had reasonably cheap and they are like driving a lazy boy recliner down the road, I think you will be happy when you decide to buy one. I really like the late 70's early '80's Malibu wagons but the rear window thing has always been the issue with me also.:2cents:

No wonder, judging by all that French you use, Sir.

Well Tedy, I'm sorry to hear you're passing along all of your automotive treasures, but happy to hear that you are doing it for good reasons. It sounds like you are content with the decisions you have made and that's what matters.
Just be prepared for the occasional PM with a Craigslist ad for an old truck ;)

Well, I have to admit a certain truck witch I have seen in person before, few times actually has taken my interest..................

Price at the moment, and timing with what I'm doing........ have not contacted seller. It's a nice truck, comes with powder coated original steelies with factory dog dishes, witch would be the way I'd go. 3 on the tree..... I'd be content with with that. .....And as I mentioned, there WILL be another wagon to haul my dogs around

.......... Now just waiting for Hanz Von _PIvy to miss medication time again, and chime in as the nut bar we know they/it/multiple personality/same person we all know really is.

One of my friends had a shortbed one in the same colors but no extra trim. It is a very good color combo.
