MB C-class wagon only available in Canada. Well, finally Canada gets a break! http://www.theglobeandmail.com/glob...anada-gets-one-model-us-wont/article28782238/
Seems that Mercedes has adopted the U.S. manufacturers opinion that only CUV's (not wagons) will sell in the U.S.
I checked out a C 300 it's a nice looking wagon but no stick available, where your hand rests on the console there's a nob and a shifter like appendage on the column.
Maybe Chrysler will invent some sort of newfangled push button shifter. Then they'll invent a steering wheel that's flat on top so you can see the GPS better. FTFY????? Sounds naughty to me as MotoMike would say!
This is kinda off topic but kinda not. So why is it a picture of something resembling a modern wagon that is a MB or Volvo or something is readily excepted on this forum as a wagon but, whenever a Ford Flex is talked about on this forum everyone rails on it and says it's not a "real" wagon? Especially when it is more "wagon" than anything else you can buy in the U.S. today. I'm not trying to start an argument but it's just something that I've noticed. And yes, personally I like the Flex just like I like some of the older wagons too.
I agree, most of those new things they call wagons are just 4 door sedans with a modified roof and hatch to get into the trunk. The Flex has enough body aft of the rear wheels and enough hood length to be a wagon to me.
