Dang I thought it the car was laying on it's side until I seen the bar for the rotisserie. The hood looks to be in decent shape.

The hood has mega dents from both side's...I picked it up years ago at swap meet just cause it was a 55...nobody else wanted it cause of all the dents...some sharp one's right through...I will work on it and see how it come's along but it has to be good for this car...I is a lookin for better quality but will work on this for now...and with other hood on car can continue with other work on fenders...

As I get a little more progressed I would not have any problem with setting up a thread of the build...It will be over a long period of time as I has to do other jobs to pay the bills....and body and paint is a slow process....

The ice house was just down the street a ways from our house. I would go down there on hot days and sneak in there.
As usual...nice work FF...a continuing thread would be great. I want to come to Canada and build a little cabin right next to your shop so I can watch you at work doing all those nice cars. :)

It sounds like it could be good for both side's of the build...If there interest and outside participation it makes it much more enjoyable

I have a passport. My parents and my brother and sister and I took a trip to Canada when I was very young. Stayed in a cabin in the woods on a lake. It was a lot of fun back then. Probably the early 40's.
If I DID come for a visit, I may never leave!....I think I would bring my puter, camera and start writing your book! I'm good at that sort of thing. But...I have so many things I want to do with so little time to do them anymore....
