My name is nick, and my long roof is a 68 Galaxie wagon. Southern car (Oxford, Miss) I have original bill of sale from the good Rev. C Denton O'Dell. I also have all paper work on car from 1968-2000......after that trail goes cold. Car came north in about 2012, according to kid I got the car from. Car was a 390 car but now has a 428...AC still blows cold:2_thumbs_up_-_anima

If anybody recognizes this car or has any info on it I would love to hear from you.

    All my best.
    Nick

Thanks, she is pretty straight and clean, I'll have new pics to post shortly....

I am hoping someone can fill in the missing couple of years. This is what I know:

Rev. C Denton O'Dell traded in a 64 longroof for it in spring of 68 (I have documentation), in Oxford, Miss. I have what looks to be every receipt from 68-2000. Using my superior google skills , I found out the good Rev. Relocated from Miss/Tenn. area to the Carolinas in about 2000 to be closer to his kids/grand kids (source his obituary, passed away in 2012).

Think, guessing he sold the car when he moved, there are window stickers, that the car was a participant for cruising the coast 2009,2010, and also participation stickers for Byhalia raceway. Again, another guess the car was raced, explaining 428 swap, and fire extinguisher in cabin.....again thanks and I am hoping to fill in the missing pieces.

It is nice to have some history on your vehicle.
The only thing I know about mine is that it belonged to a guy in Denver that used to haul his guitars and amps around in it. Before that the history is a mystery.

    Good luck!

Sorry for upside down pic...cleaned up and sealed floor, layed down some fat mat and re-carpeted the wagon. This winter the front suspension receives some love :thumbs2:
