drivers door arm pad, odometer doesn't line up at all. looks to me like yes it does have a lot of original parts but the miles very well could of been put on this the first few years of it's life. could of been a salesman or the like(they still had em back then) and if the miles were put on that first 5-7 years the factory parts would hold up just fine.

    *drool* fuel economy (vacuum) gauge

Am I a horrible person for wanting to cut up some stock 60s-70s dash to put a vacuum gauge in my car?

The '65 Chevy Impala SS (when you didn't order a clock or tach) had a vacuum gauge, big huge round one. I'd love one of those. You see them from time to time on eBay either not working for cheap or all clean and nice for stupid money. Maybe I should start looking for 88/98 or Monte Carlo or some other speedometer clusters.

The woodgrain may be original. It looks very much like factory original appearance as in this brochure pic.

Car "sold" for $8888.89 on ebay. Can we say schill bidding? There were two bidders with zero feedback toward the end, then one wih 2200 positive feedbacks. Hmmmmmmm. Nice car but not $13,000 nice

You'd think if it really sold on eBay that the listing would be off the auto trader classics website by now. :naughty:

The ad says the buyer will have their choice between those wheels and tires or the stock ones.

I see station wagons and large cars for sale cheap that don't sell. And others like this at very high prices that supposedly do sell.:slap:
Are people really getting this much out of them?
I'll admit this is a very nice looking wagon with the stock wheels and tires.
