Good to know that I'm not alone. Planning to at least stretch the tires on one of my imports.

How high do you have to drop it from to get that much camber?

Pretty sure they only do it an inch or two, but I'm not 100% sure.

That much camber would play HELL with both traction and tire wear, though.

Is that when a person hugs a person who walked by someone who was smoking?
    :rofl2:

Most of the Hondas it only takes about 2 1/2 to 3 inches to get pretty good negative camber, normally after lowering it you would have it aligned and the camber corrected. The trend now is to put on deep dished wheels then have tires that are not quite wide enough streched onto the rim, then the negative camber is used to tip the top of the wheel and tire inward so the car can be as low as possible without the tire rubbing the fender.

On a side note this "deep" wheel look was popular towards the end of the 80's and early 90's but without the negative camber trend.

I'd rather breath third hand smoke than drive one of those little cars!:biglaugh:
When I was growing up my parents smoked heavy, wife's parents smoked, my boss in a tiny office smoked non stop, and many others did. Somehow I lived and don't seem to suffer any after effects. Except maybe a slight mental condition causing me to like old cars and staion wagons.

I was thinking more like 20 or 30 feet. Carefully re-read what I typed and catch the joke that I was making. :tiphat: :D

I'd probably drop it off a cliff but an inch or two might work!:slap:

I like that Saab wagon actually, a whole bunch of Subaru wagons running around here that look like that one. I don't know how some of them don't rub the hell out of the fenders or cut the hell out of those expensive tires.
