Thanks Mike T, I agree: the ones that were on the Lincolns were very similar, but somehow nicer, with better center caps and the matching paint.
Looks very clean Been wanting to do the same with my Buick, mainly for winter but yet to find a set that looks good on the car.
Thanks Rick. Absolutely love your wagon. I've been following it online since before you got it. Great color combo and I prefer the Torque Thrusts. Here's a link to a wheel cover you might like http://hubcapsonwheels.com/product_info.php?
Sorry Tedy: linky sucky: go back on the hubcapsonwheels site and look at a 1980 15" Buick wheel cover: very similar to the Lincoln
Thanks I have a friend, the old man in the mountains close to me who has a zillion old hub caps, I got the ones for my Beateor from him. I did manage to find a complete set of these but they just didn't have the Pizazz on the Buick like your Lincoln ones do on the Merc. Hunt still goes one. I wouldn't mind the Buick poverty caps with a trim ring but so far I've only been able to find 2 in his mountain of hub caps, have to get back up there one day and keep digging.
Castrol Super Clean (mixed 50/50 with water) and a lil brass BBQ brush ...should be your new best friends
