Another one depending on the NADA guide to set his asking price. Good luck to him.

What's with the two sets of aftermarket gauges? The set on the left side of the steering wheel looks like Volt, Oil, Water - what's the other set of gauges?

    It does have power tailgate.

When I see what people are asking for these wagons, I'm glad I got mine when I did. My '72 looked basically just like this '71, but the paint wasn't as nice.
Mine had power windows, locks, seat and tailgate, AC, cruise and tilt. It had the optional upgrade interior, but was a 6-passenger. I paid $1600 on eBay in '09. It ran, but needed a battery, carb work, and tires.

I called, car is salvage title due to daughter having banged it in front and as per seller Insurance did not take st off; they did not notice it until years later! Seems genuine seller though. Son told her to put $10K price on it; well serviced she says and original miles.

In California, once a vehicle has a salvaged title, there's no 'taking it off'. Even if you rebuild the vehicle, the title will always say 'salvaged'.

In Cali, insurance companies are required to report to the DMV cases where the owners retain the vehicles on total loss settlements. Procedure dictates the owner is supposed to go to the DMV and get the title amended to mention 'salvaged'. If the owner doesn't follow through, it will catch up with him/her at tag renewal time.
