Nope! You know if Silver was on here right now, instead of out joy riding in that amazing wagon of his, I'm sure there would have been some mention of those young ladies of Dewey's up in the mountians or where ever they were, spying on their botts.
I resisted those nice people in white coats just to read this? I'm sure that dewey and those young ladies from red rock canyon are finishing up his Shwag interior about now over this three day weekend.
The Edsel is screaming for a top to bottom restoration, and I hope it gets one. Interesting it has the Ford rear end on it.
I noticed the Ford tail lamps, too. I think, though, that it is a simple matter of installing the Edsel lamps. If my (sometimes faulty) memory serves, the quarters were the same for both brands, with the Edsel having a different housing surface mounted over the existing hole for the Ford lamps. I really do hope that this old wagon gets the attention it so much deserves. It is a truly beautiful wagon and certainly looks like it is pretty solid for its age.
That nice young lady (my wifey poo) has been planting veggies all weekend and yours truly here worked saturday and am working today (boo) and the last couple weeks I have been building a somewhat self sustaining farm in my backyard in the middle of the city, complete with chickens, rabbits and bees. Haven't been able to work on the wagon at all since this wonderful idea came up. I remember the phrase "we'll do all the work, you just have to put up with all the animals". Since then I have built a chicken coop and run, and a rabbit hutch and run, and tilled about a quarter acher into garden beds....ugh! I come to work to relax now.
We just got back from another extended trip. Trying to catch up on all the house stuff and get the GTO ready for a couple of shows in June. It's coming along, but the wagon is being totally ignored. I check in every once in a while to see what's new, but then it's back to work.
Well now farm boy, that sounds like work. Don't know if I'd want to fool with the bees! Maybe a SuperBee.
I stay away from those bees Cat, I don't care for being stung and I can't eat honey (too much sugar). I can see now why farmers are always tough as nails, even on this scale by the end of the day I'm wiped out.
I confess that I sometimes visit without logging in while at work. I use the "New Posts" section at night to read whats new with everyone. If I log in while I'm at work but don't have time to read all the new posts, then the "New Posts" count will reset and when I log in when I get home it will only show the new posts since I logged in at work.
