Great collection of some extremely rare Mopars! For once, I'm torn. I love all 3, and have no clue which is my favorite! That Imperial 4 door hard top is gorgeous and was rare when new, and the Imperial convertible is even rarer, but there is something about the Newport wagon that grabs my eye. All are simply gorgeous.
Thanks, you are right. My Problem is, one must go! The Convertible NEVER!!!! It is the only one on the Streets in Germany I know. So the 4 door or the Wagon must go. I DONT KNOW which one???????
nitoh - Don't remember if we talked about it before, but that '68 Imperial convertible must be extremely rare - even if it was over here in the states. That was the last year for the Imperial convertible, wasn't it?
You are right, 1968 is last year of Imperial Convertibles. 1967 = 577 Convertibles 1968 = 474 Convertibles My 68 is a fully loaded car, with the dual snorkel and dual exaust, 365HP, cruise control, tilt wheel, e-seats, 6x e-windows, e-top, automatik klima-control, coming home light, magic eye. I know one other 1968 Convertible here in Germany, it is a big restauration project.
Thats a great collection of Mopars you've got. Heres my little Mopar collection. http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.100827829964276.288.100001111775214&type=3&l=dd44a48dc0 I don't think any of mine are as nice as any one of yours.
Well at least they are small and easy to store What a great trio of cars to have. I'm envious. From a practicality standpoint which of the wagon or hardtop makes the most sense? How easy is it to sell the other one? What would you do without a wagon? How could you eat or sleep knowing someone else was enjoying YOUR wagon?
Gosh Jim, that is a nice collection of cars. You are closing in on REV for quantity. Thanks for sharing the pictures.
Nitoh, beautiful cars, cars with class. Sad you need to sell one as all are rare even out here. As for rare, I would sell the 4 door labaron and keep the rag and the wagon. But they are your toys, so the bottom line is your decition. Yeah, Jim is our Mopar horder, lucky bas.......... The 68 Charger, my fav year of all, just love the 1 year only round tail lites
Yeah, but that is an old picture. This is what it looks like now as its in the body shop for restoration. Every piece of exterior sheet metal is being replaced. Sorry, I didn't mean to hijack the thread. I love that 68 Imperial convertible, but the 67 wagon and the Imperial hardtop are beautiful too. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks guys! I think the 71' 4door will be the car that must go. Not yet but in the near future. Thats life! @jim 68cuda: very nice Collection!!!!!!!! Thanks for the pics!
Thomas, what's the possibility of selling the building behind your vehicles and keeping all the cars??
it is a idear, but I think my wife will not go the same way Thats right, a good reason, I tell it to my wife! Thanks for the words and idears!!!!!!
