    Great find, Mike!
Going by the window sticker and purchase order, this wagon was sold new at Chaffee Motors Ford in Hawthorne, CA. I'm very familiar with this dealership, having lived just around the corner from it in 1975-1978. The dealership is actually still in business, just with a different name (South Bay Ford)

    Boy that's a beautiful wagon!
    What a deal on those buckets/console - $141

A very, very nice car! :2_thumbs_up_-_anima

Does anyone know what that is, attached to the dash on the passenger's side below the glove compartment? It is chrome, with what looks like a Chevy bow tie symbol on the front ... :hmmm:

Wow! This is a good example of what a little buffing will do to an old wagon! Beautiful! :thumbs2:

I'll be watching this one to see if it makes reserve, to find out what the reserve is set at.

I bet this is another that will not reach reserve if it is a patient seller.

It seems we are still in a "buyer's market" on 60s wagons. I am amazed at the deals still available.

I'm going to guess 25k for a reserve, anyone else want to guess?

Hard to put a figure on this one. Would be nice if it had PW, PL, etc....
I'm guessing a value in the $15-20k range, but wouldn't be surprised if it went for more.

I don't think there is any way to know what the reserve is, other than by checking the bids and noting when it says "reserve met." I was thinking the reserve might be around $20K and could imagine the car selling for $25K. In this economy it's hard to say what it might sell for, but there are at least a few people willing to spend big money on the really nice cars.

Very nice! Too bad about the buckets, though. I love bench seats!

I agree, the owner is probably looking for a price in the $25k range, but I doubt he/she will get it on eBay. My somewhat jaded view of eBayers is that most of them are bargain-hunters, with only a few willing to pay what a car is worth. But who knows? He/she may find the one-in-a-hundred serious buyer.

If I were to sell a car on eBay, I would set a buy-it-now price just slightly higher than the reserve; e.g. BIN at $26k with a reserve price of $25k.
