    Im about to do something I never do... Shameless bragging. Now, you all know me to be a humble and modest man. Last night Zoe made some home made, from scratch, not from a box, gumbo... OMG I havent eaten so much in a long time. I even had it for breakfast. Thankfully, theres still a pot and a half left. Did I mention Z has professional chef experience? :D

    1tireman, I truly believe that you would be impressed with Zoe's gumbo. Fox, its hard to be humble when you are perfect. Dewey, dude I would mail you and any one else who wanted some if I could. But it wouldnt make the trip. Some one would smell it and have themselves a good lunch. Roadking, if you can get here before its gone... Zoe was glad to hear what you all said. :tiphat:
