I stuck those two tattoo sites into my favorites. Just what I need, more things to kill time!

    I...found...a tattoo one evening
On the other hand, this sounds rather fun to me!
My wife's tattoos are also not out in the open unless at a beach or bike event. I don't even notice them when in bed under the blankets.

Its not like a tattoo is like putting on a shirt you can never take off. You can always have it removed (like this guy). :oops:mg:

    Hilarious sites C-W.

Thanks for that. I really needed the chuckles.

I don't mean to offend those that have and like tattoos, to each his own, but, I have always....always, since I was a small kid, found them to be really distasteful and considered them to be a defilement of one's body. I could say a lot more about my views on the subject, but, suffice it to say...I just really don't like them. At all.

    I'm with Silverfox on this.

Since the whole tattoo fad exploded a few years ago, I've been especially troubled. I've got 2 daughters who have about 4/5 tats each, and maybe more coming. I've got a wife that wants a small one. Apparently, I'm outnumbered. Won't change my opinion though........

I agree with the previous two posts. I have never cared for tats either. Tits... yeah, but not permanent markings that stay with you for life. A car you can re-paint but your skin... is with you as long as you suck air.

Likewise tho, my two girls and son in law have all gotten marked. Nothing offensive thankfully. BUT, my only son has my sensibilities so far. (Knock on wood)

I have a couple discreat tattoos but that being said I have many friends who are pretty much covered in them and my question is always the same "why on earth would you want to limit your options as far as employment and future employment is concerned?" The answer is generally the same "I'm going to become a tattoo artist so it doesn't matter"...Wrong! The number of jobs available in that field are so few and far between it's a joke. Even though society has become more accepting and it doesn't have the stigma it once had, when your neck and head have them you have pretty much limited yourself to construction or sheep herding not to mention how they will look when your 70 years old, and sometimes the thought that goes into what to have permenantly inked on your body seems to have no forethought whatsoever. I don't mind them I guess but some thought should go into it in my opinion.

I'm too old and feeble to go into construction and I get nervous when sheep look at me funny so I am glad I never got any tattoos. :biglaugh:

My wife begged and moaned for many years to get a few like her friends did. Seems like she has the wrong kind of friends! So she finally did get a few tattoos in places that if she becomes Mayor or President of a large company they won't show.
To me tattoos are like eating too many green apples.......too many are sickening!:rofl2:

    IMHO i feel like this...
tats...tasteful ones...in the right places on a woman are sexy.
that said, i have only found one woman with tons of tattoo's attractive...KAt von Dee. i dunno why either (maybe the chilled 1800 silver im drinking right now!).
Tat's on the neck scream "prison" or "white trash" to me.

sleeves are cool. but can be covered up with a long sleeved shirt when the need arises.

piercings. other than the ears...im not into it.
the center of the nose on a woman is particularly a turn off!

i have seen people gauge out their noses (putting larger and larger rings in)
one of the guys in my dorm at FAU had a gauged nose..he could smoke a cigarette thru the piercing. sorry thats nasty to me.

That just ruined a perfectly good female body.

Piercings are another thing that are being overdone. To me, even small ear rings are not proper for tiny girls. They should chose their own when at least sixteen.
Those nose, lip, tongue, etc. rings remind me of farm animals being tagged!:naughty:

I know. We pick on a few members here and sometimes I worry about overydoing it. Wouldn't want to really upset anyone. This is a great forum and really does seem like family.
