Hi @ all, my name is Thomas, I life in North Germany near Hambourg. My Wagon is a 67 Chrysler Tonw & Country, I bought this car this year in USA. Here some pics:
Thomas, Welcome to the group.... I will be in Hamburg for the Street Nationals next May. I will be with attending with my friend Stefan, who has two restored 57 Chevrolet BelAir's. Let me know if you will be planning on attending and I'll be on the lookout for you. David
Do you have a correckt Date for the Nationals??? Yes we will be there. See you in May next year!!!! A friend of mine has a 66 Belair Station. Yes/no it is 15mls away from my home. A good Location for Fotoshootings! It is a old castle.
Thanks, but only at first sight, if you have a look under the car, it looks not so nice, many rust work to do See the pics:
Welcome aboard Thomas. Hamburg Street Nats is high on my wish list for 2012. All depends on weather and economy (a month later hopefully another Route 66 road trip in a 68 Electra). Won't drive the Estate Wagon there, probably the Wildcat. From the photos the rust doesn't look severe...
I will be in Hamburg the 17th to the 24th, and will be at the Street Nationals both days. My friend Stefan has a TriFive parts business, so he will be there to meet new and old customers a like. He also will import cars from the Southern California for customers, last trip he imported to Germany a 56 2 door HT and a 53 Chevrolet pick-up. He goes to the Pomona Swap Meet a couple time a year to buy parts, and shops the part manfactures that are still in SOCA. if you ever need parts for your wagon he's the go to guy. David
Thanks @ all. If you are interested, here some Pics from my other ride. It is a 68 Imperial Convertible, 440TNTcui, 1 of 474, fully loaded.
