    Some of those 1st and 2nd gen Rivieras are classics, but not that one......

    In some countries dead animal carcass on your seats is pretty common. :) Presumably a Leopard skin butt warmer would be a luxury appointment in North America and adds to the cost. :jumping:

    Yep, the 70 model is like a red headed stepchild (next year was the first of the boattail years).
    Still, the so called shorty wheel skirt (high profile skirts) gives the model a complete different look IMHO

    With 2nd generation Rivieras, IMO they were beautiful in the first two years - '66 and '67. They received a mid-cycle refresh for '68 that just ruined the look of the whole vehicle. Went from being a very sleek, long-ish looking sport luxury car to a fat-looking boat overnight.......
