I am just waiting for one of the other cars to start climbing fast, it happened last month. An old Stude got 150+ votes overnight out of nowhere.
Yeah, Gtd....I think this is similar to an eBay auction where people lay in the weeds and come in and snipe at the end. These other car owners are likely members of several different clubs and forums and have saved their votes and will cast them on the last day or so. From what you say...this apparently happens. I hope you win, I really do, you and your car deserve it. But, in a public forum vote such as this Eastwood vote by computer deal...anything can happen behind the scenes. And probably does.
Think Positive & Keep voting everyday! You're more than 150+ ahead, and I will post another plea till my friends on Facebook get sick & tired of hearing it! BTW, # 212 must just be someone who really think the car should win, not form our forum!:2_thumbs_up_-_anima
And that is why appreciate every single vote that you guys have cast, and every one that you cast till the end of this month. They are like gold to me. I could play dirty and cast vote after vote for myself, but that's not who I am, or how I was raised. I have actually cast 1 vote for every one of the competitors, and even left a nice comment on a few. Will it come back to bite me in the azz, we will see.....I just love knowing that my wagon has a chance to be in a magazine/catalog. Even if it ends up being a stamp size photo with no info.....it's still my wagon............ in a magazine.
