I was cruising the Fairmont/Zephyr website's Photo gallery, and found this nice job of updating his wagon. He's got a few more pics, but you'd have to sign-up: http://autos.ph.groups.yahoo.com/group/Fairmont_Zephyrclub/photos
It looks like the front doors came from a Ranchero (Torino?), but where did he get the rear quarter windows?

Thanks for the cudos. Nope, but I'll be back on it, now that we're almost out of snow. We're getting high winds right now (55 MPH). The Zephyrs are a sharp car. Mercury always did a nicer finishing/detail job. But my wagon was rust-free, Mexican built, and we bought it and drove it there for 4 years and back to Canada in 1999. Mexican Fairmonts with AC got more undercoating and sound-proofing, so the car was spared any rust issues. But I lucked out with the one and only Zephyr in a junkyard and scored the seats from a 4-door sedan. Mine were in good shape even though they were Velours, but I wanted the nice buckets from this 1981 with the individual armrests. I'm doing a few other changes to it too, after I get it all up and running. Here's where I'm tracking the final assembly stage: http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1267 Here's the Roller and tailgate agony story: http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=711 Look forward to seeing your site.
