Great stuff! How long have you had the Buick? It's great when these things finally come together! :)

Where could we list parts like this that we are looking for, that someone may have? would be nice if we had some board to list little stuff we are looking for, that way the upullit members can check the list before they go out shopping. or if we have something laying around another member can use we can refer to the list.

    Hi there:

If you have some misc parts to sell, you can post them in the for sale section her on the forum or do what I did and post them on craigslist and then attach the link to a post in the for sale section. I still kept several woodgrain and stainless trim parts even though no one seems to want them. I may try and sell them at a local swap meet near me set in February 2011.

Glad to hear Tedy got the door handle covers. Another satisfied customer.:yahoo: Now, I just have to get the front bumper fillers and headliner clip out to the nice member in Michigan. They will hopefully be shipped out tomorrow if I can make it to FedEx!!! Thanks for your patience.

    Ted

wasnt talking about the things i want to get rid of. Was talking about folks like teddy who are looking for things like the little screw cover that you sent him being able to post " im looking for this screw cover for the door pulls on my ......"

That way people like me who frequent the junk yards can keep our eyes open and help out our wagon buddies.

I have crap here, but im not going to take the time to list it all, if i see someone needs it, then i may offer if i think i wont need it, and i think there are alot of guys like me here. if we know someone needs something our eyes are open for it, and dont mind picking it up and sending it along.

Sorry if I didn't understand your post. There is also a "parts wanted" section right below the parts for sale section on the forum.

Congrats Tedy, my '90 Estate needs me one of those as well. Just one. I will probably pop one off a back door as it is the front passenger side that's missing but nothing beats having a complete set.

Yeah there is Cliff, our friend Suzie gave us the wagon. Suzie was batteling cancer when she gave us the car. She is a fighter! Suzie has been back to work part time with my wife for a little while now and things are looking good for her health wise:). She has allways been interested in how the wagon is doing although she see's it alot, we see alot of each other. I can't wait to hear her reaction (from my Honey @ work) when she finds out I (Tedy) got parts from "Ted" in Chicago!:biglaugh: This piece was the only thing missing other than mis-matched mag/wheel covers:yup:

Tedy I'm glad to hear she is doing better. I bet she is thrilled to see her wagon get such a great home. Which wheel cover do you need? There is a wagon near me in a yard it might have the small covers you need.

Was there a small hubcap style that fit that style wheel?

YES....sorry for the humungas pic:oops:. This pic shows both style of cap/hub cap that fit the rim BUT, there is a slite differance in the rims that my Buick has compared to the rims I got from Jeff, and I've seen this in other junk rims in raker yards. I guess I should post a pic for the differance but untill then...... The "hub cap" fits both aswell as the "centre" cap BUT where the wheel lug nuts fit, they are machined different from the factory. The wheels on the Buick are machined/resesed a bit more for the acorn chrome lug nuts compared to the 'hub cap" styled wheel........

..... I'll try to get simple pics this week end to show you what I can't say....to much cold medication tonite:D
