It's a 'project', though - not quite finished. In La Habra (Org Co.) Calif.....

"This 2002 Focus Wagon is an ex SEMA show car showcasing the engineering innovations of Kugel Komponents. Although it is almost complete, there is still some work to be done.

The Focus is essentially brand new, with delivery miles. It is titled in California, and has a new 2002 Mustang 4 Cam Cobra Crate Engine and 6 speed manual transmission professionally installed utilizing a Kugel Komponents V8 Conversion Kit. The rear end is an 8.8 Mustang, with coil over shocks. It’s rolling on Focus SVT wheels with Toyo tires. Open the hood, and the car looks ready to go. The headers are installed, but there is no further exhaust. The cooling system is completed, but the engine wiring and PCM were never purchased, so they are not included. The transmission is complete with the drive shaft installed, but the clutch is not connected. Brakes are all there, but need completing, as does the fuel system.

This car represents an expenditure of about $35,000 in 2002. A quick breakdown of values is as follows:
Engine (brand new, never run) $7000.00.
    Transmission (brand new) $3000.00
    Wheels and Tires $2000.00
Rear end (brand new) - with kit $2000.00
    V8 Installation Kit $6000.00
    Focus Wagon $12,000.00
    Shop Labor $5000.00

This car is and looks Brand New. It has a terrific stance, and no one would ever guess the fury under the hood. It’s the ultimate sleeper, perfectly engineered, and priced to sell with a reserve of less than half of the money already spent.

Local inspection in La Habra, CA, is welcome. Please call me at 424 223-3366 to schedule an appointment.

Yes, it is. It's been converted to RWD, using kit components from Kugel. There have been a few of these done, most of them using the Mustang 302.

As long as you don't mnd a lot of turbo lag----there's no more room in the engine compartment. You'ld have to mount the turbo in the passenger compartment!!

I'm liking mine, although I would like something a bit more luxurious. Handles real well, and it's got plenty of power with the 2.3.

I would not be surprised if someone tries to buy it just for the parts and never complete the project. :(

One of the posters over on Focus Fanatics.com said he saw the car a few months ago, and they were talking about trying to get around $15 - $20k for it.
