I know this event is exclusive to '91-'96 GM B body station wagons, but I know a few of you guys on here have these cars. No demo derby this year, for good or for bad. Wagon Fest is going to be held at Seneca State park, which is on the north end of Seneca Lake in Geneva, NY on July 31st 2010. Wagon Fest was always put on by Fred, a b body station wagon specialist car dealer who lived in Waterloo, NY. He and his family moved to Washington State in May this year, so we are continuing on the tradition he started with out him. Fred and Kelly will be missed this year, but it will still be fun. Last year WF drew about 50 GM b wagons (and a few B sedans) from all over east of the Mississippi and a bunch from Canada. Link to pics. Fred is the guy eating the air bag in the pics. http://gmlongroof.4umer.com/wagonfest-2009-f25/wf09-pix-vids-t358.htm If you want to go, and have a '91-'96 GM B body wagon you need to sign up at the GM Longroof forum. If you don't have one of these wagon just come out and look around, maybe you'll catch the B bug too. http://gmlongroof.4umer.com/wagonfest-2010-f26/wagonfest-2010-registration-page-t1206.htm All the info you need is on the GM Longroof forum, check it out. I saw a post on ImpalaSS forum / wagons where Fred was talking about a 'Western' wagon meet near his new place in Washington. Don't remember any details about when or exactly where. Also don't know if wagons other than B-bodies were welcome.....
Fred's Wagon Fest west is the same deal, GM B bodys from '91-'96. I believe it is July 31st. or Aug. 7th.
My bad, I was re-reading the WF info page, and all GM B and D body wagons and sedans from any year are welcome. Mike
