Love the scenery out your way. I make a run up 395 to Carson City every now and then. You work at China Lake?

So it's true...there is a moon. All we ever get to see are clouds. :)

    Beautiful picture! (y)

Yup. The last time I was in New Hampshire my Mom's friend asked how I liked the mountains. I said they'd be great if I could see them, the trees are in the way.

I finally found some I can enjoy without being in an airplane. I can see them here.:rofl2:

Heck of an idea! I'll get a shot of our Prairie sunset today, and our sunrise.

No mountains for 3 hours in any direction. Just flat Prairie (although it looks uphill all the time).

We watch a couple of Mexican Internet TV stations on some evenings, and they show some of the country's sunsets and sunrises out in the agricultural regions. Pretty spectacular.

This site has some 1,100 Internet TV stations from all over the planet:

Well, we don't have mountains and the beautiful sunrise...... let's say it is a rather unique moment. ;)
One thing I can gladly say is: rushhour?? which rushhour?? I go by bicycle which takes me about 15 minutes!!! Enough time for pictures!! (although I won't take the credit for these particular ones..)

    HoHoHO!!!

    Bah Humbug!

The Bird of Paradise has landed with white soggy stuff. TBird here's our AC in one 12 hour period. :D

    Morning_Nov708_01.jpg

Gives you a warm fuzzy feeling, with windchill it's -8C (16F). Weighs a ton shovelling it too!

2 years ago, it was 6C degrees (39F) and green grass.

So much for global warming! We've already had an inch of rain since October 17th. And that's big for us. We've also been down to 5C already this week. The snow is pretty tho.
